Standard terms and conditions of sale
1. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the arrival date and before 12 am Paris time, the hotel will return the sum corresponding to the first night already paid at the time of booking.
In the event of late cancellation or modification or a no-show, the hotel withholds the sum equivalent to the first night's stay paid at the time of booking online and can no longer guarantee the availability of the room for subsequent nights.
2. Deposit
A despoit equivalent to the amount of the first night's stay is debited by the hotel at the time of booking and is refundable in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined above.
Specific reservation terms
The terms of certain rooms specified as non cancellable differ from the general booking terms:
1. Cancellation
Note: in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, the hotel retains the total amount of the reservation already paid at the time of the online booking.
2. Deposit
A deposit equivalent to the total amount of the stay is debited by the hotel at the time of booking and is non refundable.
3. No-show
In the event of a no-show at the hotel the first night, the hotel no longer guarantees the availability of the room for the remainder of the stay of the initial booking. However, the total cost of the stay will remain owing to the hotel.
Reservation of several rooms
Any reservation of more than 3 rooms in the same name and/or by the same company for the same day is considered as a group booking, we therefore reserve the right to cancel it. For all group bookings, contact the sales department.
Credit card
We require a valid credit card as a guarantee in the event of late cancellation or no-show. This card will enable you to pay either directly online, or to pre-authorise a transaction to ensure the card is valid and sufficient funds are available.
Payment is generally made at the hotel at the end of the stay except for special or promotional rates for which a part or all of the stay is paid for at the time of booking.
VISA, MASTER, EUROCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted.
Only bookings with credit cards can be accepted.
Secure reservation: Your bank details are transferred through a secure server of a large international bank. We do not keep the card numbers and they do not pass through our website.
Conditions of use
As soon as your reservation and payment are confirmed, a confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by email. Please read it carefully as it contains all the details and contractual elements of your reservation.
Children and Spare beds
· All children under 4 can use the bedding available in their parents' room free of charge.
· All children under 2 can stay in their parents' room free of charge in cots, by prior request and subject to availability.
· All older children and up to the age of 12 are charged €15 / night and adults are charged €30 / night and per person for the use of the spare beds.
· Maximum of 1 spare bed or cot per room.
· Spare beds and cots are available on request and can be confirmed only by the hotel. Payments, including supplements do not appear in the price of your reservation and are paid directly to the hotel.
· Small pets are allowed on request for an additional charge of €19 per animal.
